Since 1938, “Alla Collina Pistoiese” is a garden of flavours with the most authentic taste of Tuscan tradition. A history, the restaurant’s one, that over the years has intertwined with that of an entire city.
An experience articulated by several great episodes of success, conquered in time with passion, a ritual for welcoming and attention to details. A life dedicated to taste which today you can enjoy in every dish on the menu with many exquisite international and Mediterranean recipes. Elegant and polished in the slightest details, the restaurant has a private room for business dinners and special events.
